When we moved to Acton 8 years back whole family are taking medicine in ACTON pharmacy . I am having lot of mental health problems staff are very well aware about medicine. I am also happy about delivery option because i should not drive. That is great news for me . Even new medication they will provide within one day. I am thankful staff.

The Compounding Team goes above and beyond on a regular basis. For example, they call or text to if it’s time to renew if my order hasn’t shown up, they take time to explain things in a clear and kindhearted manner, and let me know when my prescription is arriving at Theatre Pharmacy (at no extra charge.by the way).. This is what Customer Service looks like.

The employees at Acton Pharmacy are marvelous. I was recently on vacation and unable to return home due to the recent blizzard. Unfortunately, I had not packed enough of my meds to last an extra week away. Acton Pharmacy saw to it that my prescriptions were transferred to a phamacy near me. Acton Pharmacy is hands down the most amazing business in our area. The personal care they take with each of their clients is second to none. My mom has her medications delivered and they always take the extra time to review everything with her and if needed, also follow up with me. Every staff person I have encountered is kind and helpful and takes the time to listen. You will NEVER get this level of service anywhere else! Why go anywhere else??

Great compounding department for dog and cat prescriptions! More affordable and convenient than the online pharmacies. It's so much easier to dispense liquid into the animal's mouth or food than to do that with pills. A wide variety of flavor options too (bacon, beef, chicken)!

Very well run and the staff is super attentive. They have a fantastic compounding department that is invaluable to our family, as our son cannot take medicine in pill form. They have very attentive and generous with their time if you have questions or concerns. Nice to have an almost throwback to a mom and pop business be both here and thriving.
